bdkok Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

By using the online betting and casino services provided by bdkok ("Platform", "we", "our"), you ("user", "member", "you") agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This document forms a legal agreement between bdkok and you.

bdkok is not obligated to accept funds sent through any other method, and we cannot guarantee a refund of any such funds.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

Deposited funds must always be withdrawn using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before processing a withdrawal request, bdkok verifies that:

• All applicable wagering requirements have been met
• No active investigation or security review is in progress
• There are no restrictions on the account

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdkok offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. Examples of how the bonus works:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Receive maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount. For example:

For a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus combined)
• Bets on all games may not count toward the wagering requirement — the list of eligible games is available on the platform
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set deadline, the bonus may be forfeited

4.3 General Promotion Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotions and bonuses:

• Each promotion applies once per individual, family, household, or IP address
• bdkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, action will be taken against the account involved

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully confirmed in bdkok's system. If a bet remains incomplete due to network issues or technical errors, bdkok's server records will be considered final in any dispute.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

bdkok may cancel bets and refund the staked amount in the following circumstances:

• A system error or data feed disruption occurs
• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue
• An event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely
• A clear technical error is identified

5.3 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Exploiting any technical error or flaw in bdkok's system to gain an unfair advantage is not permitted. If such activity is detected, the related winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6.1 VIP Tier Structure

bdkok's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

Members can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on active participation on the platform. bdkok reserves the right to periodically review and update the criteria for VIP tier advancement. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

7.1 Setting Limits

bdkok encourages users to play responsibly. You can set your own deposit, wagering, and loss limits. Reducing a set limit takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit take effect after a specified waiting period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can contact our support team to request a temporary account suspension for a set period. Attempting to open a new account while self-exclusion is active is not permitted.
